| Advantages︰ | This product is specially designed for constructing node style glass curtain wall, which is a kind of new construction space structure system by means of modern structure technology with computer design and glass technology. This node style curtain glass wall is made up of seamless steel pipe, stainless pull rod (or additional pull rope) and stainless foot unit. This system connects the glass with holes at the corner with supporting structure with metal connector to form total glass vision. This sealant is used to act as weather proofing sealant between glasses. But it cannot be used in case of coating glass and mirror glass.
APPLICATION：
The process of extruding sealant must go after the engineer is sure to conform the demand of design layout about the total level of the system if the installment of glass has finished.
1.Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2.For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.
3.Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas. Please extrude with uniform velocity and check whether gas bubble is trapped into and get rid of them rapidly.
4.Tool immediately after sealant application, remove masking tape and clean the inside and outside surface of glass before sealant skins.
